When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to refrain from abusive or unlawful messages. We may refuse or terminate access that interferes with other learners or staff.

Intellectual property

Site text, templates, branding, and course materials are owned by Mindstream Lab or its licensors. You may use purchased materials for personal learning. You may not resell, publicly republish, or claim authorship of our templates without written permission.

Informational pricing

Prices shown on this site are informational. Checkout is not processed on mindstream-lab.digital. Binding fees and invoices are confirmed through direct correspondence.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindstream Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or educational materials, including decisions you make about personal record-keeping. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific cohort giving rise to the claim, if any.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
